The law firm Ksiazek & Bigaj was established in 2006 as a continuation of legal practice of an eminent specialist in Polish and European labour law - prof. dr hab. Andrzej Marian Świątkowski - together with ten years of experience in legal counselling of Daniel Książek - the Partnership's founder. 
 
We specialise in Polish and European labour law, social security and tax law and provide complex legal services in these areas. 
 
Our firm counsels Polish companies as well as large business entities from the UK, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Norway and the USA. 
 
Our team, led by Professor Andrzej M. Świątkowski and Daniel Książek, consists of attorneys at law, legal advisers, tax advisers and legal trainees. Each member of the team provides legal counsel on employment and labour law. Furthermore, most of our lawyers combine their practice with academic work at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow and other universities in Poland and abroad.
